If any of the above resonate with you, then I’d love to work with you and support you.
Through bespoke 1-to-1 or group coaching sessions, I will help you to:
My approach is much more holistic than simply developing a monthly spending spread sheet (although we will do that too, if that’s what’s needed!). My coaching looks at both the practicalities of money but also at your money beliefs and behaviours. You come out of it armed with the tools to tackle challenges, backed up by a greater understanding and insight into your own money triggers.
We start with you – your goals and aspirations, your emotions and behaviours around money, how money makes you feel. You may not have thought about it in this way before – but these unconscious habits can be one reason why you repeat behaviour and find it hard to move on.
We can then reset to more enabling and proactive behaviour and decision-making by looking in detail at your finances, setting goals and priorities and making plans to achieve them.
It can require a leap of faith to talk to anyone, let alone a stranger, about money. I empathise with any reticence you may feel. My work with you is non-judging, whole-person, confidential, enabling and I am always in your corner. Please ask for my terms and conditions for more information.
Do email me if you’d like to explore how I can support you or to book a FREE introductory session. I’d love to hear from you.

Thrive Finance Coaching will never provide you with specific advice on the purchase of any financial product such as a pension, saving, investment, insurance, credit arrangement or mortgage. Nor will I suggest that you vary, alter, discard or liquidate an existing product, including any debt you hold. Should you require any recommendations or opinion on your existing or new financial arrangements, I would always suggest that you seek advice from a regulated independent financial adviser. Or, in the case of debt, a regulated debt counsellor.
